Muhammad Khan Residence – Ahmedpur East (2025)
Currently under construction, the Muhammad Khan House in Ahmedpur East is a tribute to cultural heritage, designed with a bold architectural language that blends tradition with timeless elegance. Developed by our team at Lekakaar Design Consultant, this residence is a refined interpretation of classical elements inspired by the royal legacy of the Nawab family.
Our design approach was to go beyond the ordinary—carefully integrating grand courtyards, arched colonnades, intricate jharokhas, and traditional detailing to evoke the essence of old-world nobility. While preserving the soul of traditional architecture, we ensured the space meets modern functionality and living standards.
The shared visuals are a representation of our proposed design, which aims to stand out not just in scale, but in spirit—making a bold statement while paying homage to the long-standing prestige of the client’s lineage.

This residence stands as a pinnacle of modern residential design, carefully crafted to respond to the hot and arid climate of Bahawalpur. Designed by Lekakaar Design Consultant, the home exemplifies efficient land utilization—transforming every square foot into functional and aesthetically balanced spaces.
The architectural form embraces climate-responsive features, offering thermal comfort, ventilation, and natural lighting without compromising on contemporary elegance. Its clean geometry, thoughtful orientation, and structural integrity allow the design to outperform typical trends—setting a benchmark for modern living in southern Punjab.

Conducted a site visit for Unilever Pakistan Limited in Rahim Yar Khan. The inspection covered both old and new building blocks to assess their structural stability. Additionally, they evaluated the construction quality of the new administration block.
